Lenka Staviany

Lenka Staviany has extensive experience in research, innovation, and project management across various sectors. Currently serving as Head of Research, Transfer and Cooperation Team at Středočeské inovační centrum, Lenka focuses on commercialization support and strategic relationships within research organizations. Previous roles include Research Innovation Manager and RIS3 Developer, where Lenka developed strategic interventions and R&D programs in the Central Bohemian region. Additionally, as an Officiating Ambassador for the International Tennis Federation, Lenka promotes gender equality in tennis, while simultaneously working as an International professional tennis referee at major global events. Lenka's past experience also includes project coordination at Medtronic and project management in international collaborative projects at Cassovia Life Sciences. Lenka holds advanced degrees in Experimental Biology and Pharmaceutical Assistance, complemented by a foundation in Economic Lyceum.
