Nikilesh Urella is currently a Computer Vision Scientist at Streem. Prior to that, they were a Computer Vision Engineer at Eyeris from July 2020 to January 2021. Nikilesh was also previously a Computer Vision Engineer at Magic Leap from February 2018 to April 2020, where they worked on 3D Reconstruction.
Some of their notable achievements include working on multi-view camera capturing hardware setups, surface reconstruction in space and time, and super resolution texture generation for meshes. Nikilesh has also successfully implemented algorithms which are aware of thin-structures and preserve them on the final surface in space and time.
Since Nikilesh Urella has a Master’s Degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Louisiana State University, it can be assumed that they completed their Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering at the B V Raju Institute of Technology prior to attending LSU.
