Eric Boudreaux

Eric Boudreaux is an experienced finance and operations executive with a strong background in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry. Eric currently serves as a Board Member for Street Soccer USA while previously co-founding and acting as CFO/COO at Upside Financing, which focused on improving payment terms for CPG brands. Prior to this, Eric held various leadership roles at Nike, including CFO of the Air Manufacturing & Innovation division, where responsibilities encompassed leading divisional transformations and strategic initiatives. Eric's tenure at PepsiCo included managing supply chain strategies across multiple regions and overseeing significant procurement projects. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA in Strategy, Finance, and Real Estate from Columbia Business School.
