Maddy Phillips

Maddy Phillips is an experienced education and program leader, currently serving as Program Director and Program Manager at Street Soccer USA since July 2022. Maddy's work focuses on promoting personal growth and community development through the sport of soccer. Prior to this role, Maddy was an Instructional Coach and School Design expert as well as a Blended/Remote Learning Manager at The Primary School from August 2020 to July 2022. Additional experience includes serving as an Instructional Coach and 4th Grade Teacher at Caliber Schools: Education Reimagined from August 2015 to August 2020, and as an Elementary Teacher in Kansas City Public Schools from 2012 to 2015. Maddy holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Redlands, completed in 2012.
