Juanita Croft

Juanita Croft has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations. Juanita'smost recent position was at StreetCode Academy, where they worked as a Workforce Development Program Manager and a Tech Exposure Sr. Lead Instructor. In these roles, they aimed to address the lack of access to high-tech training for underrepresented communities, particularly youth and young adults of color. Juanita introduced novices and beginners to computer technology, Google Cloud, and various other applications and technologies.

Prior to their work at StreetCode Academy, Juanita worked at Foothill College for a significant period. Juanita held multiple roles, including ALCB Instructor for Soul Line Dancing, CTIS/PSME Instructor, and Computer Lab Supervisor. Juanita'sresponsibilities included teaching Adaptive Learning Community-Based classes, instructional responsibilities for computer-related subjects, and supervising the setup and maintenance of instructional labs.

Juanita also has experience as a HIP Fitness Instructor at Stanford University School of Medicine, a Group Exercise Instructor at Lewis and Joan Platt East Palo Alto Family YMCA, an Educational Technology Consultant at San Carlos School District, and a Program Specialist at MOUSE California.
