Rebecca Sial, AICP

Rebecca Sial, AICP, currently serves as the Director of Integrated Solutions at StreetLight, where responsibilities encompass project management and solution engineering since August 2019. Prior to this role, Rebecca held the position of Statewide Transit Planner at the Virginia Department of Rail and Public Transportation from June 2018 to August 2019. Experience at Michael Baker International from October 2011 to June 2018 included roles as Planner, Planning Associate, and Intern, focusing on GIS applications, data analysis, and project completion. Earlier internships at the Southwestern Pennsylvania Commission, Virginia Economic Development Partnership, and the City of Pittsburgh provided foundational skills in GIS mapping, transportation modeling, business analysis, and zoning preparation. Rebecca earned a Master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Urban Studies from the University of Pittsburgh.
