With a Bachelor of Arts degree in Administrative Science and a Certificate in Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management, Eric has worked in consulting, operations, entrepreneurship, and advisory roles within the industry. Eric's work has involved kitchen incubators, seasonal pop-up concepts, client consultation, and evaluating hospitality establishments. Currently holding roles such as President at OTTO Portland and COO at Streetlight Ventures, Eric continues to make significant contributions to the food and beverage startup sector.
