Adele Baughn Wilson has extensive experience in the entertainment industry and non-profit sector, serving as Executive Director at Streetlights since February 2007. Streetlights, a 501(c)(3) organization, focuses on addressing gender and racial inequities behind the camera in television and film by providing job training, placement, and career advancement for young adult minorities in Southern California. Prior to this role, Adele Baughn Wilson was the owner of Nobody Productions from 1992 to 2015.
