Jennifer Rowe has a strong background in real estate and business strategy. Jennifer currently works as the Vice President of Portfolio Management at StreetLights Residential, where they have been since 2023. Prior to this, they were a Vice President of Business Strategy at The Carlyle Group from 2016 to 2023. Jennifer also has experience as a Founder/CEO of Collective Medical Solutions from 2013 to 2017 and as a Co-founder/Principal of SeniorLivingReports from 2011 to 2013. Jennifer started their career as an Analyst at Kettler in 2004 and later worked as a Senior Associate at The Carlyle Group from 2005 to 2011.
Jennifer Rowe attended Bentley University from 2000 to 2004, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with a minor in Economics.
