Tom Hughey is an experienced independent consultant, specializing in health care exchanges for retirees and leading significant budget reduction projects, including a $500 million cut for a Fortune 100 company. Additionally, Tom has extensive experience in education as a substitute teacher across multiple school districts since 2019, complementing this work with a role as a driver for Ron Marhofer Auto Family.
