Director, Interior Architecture at Streetsense

Alexis Teltser is the Director of Interior Architecture at Streetsense. Alexis has been with Streetsense since July 2011, where they started as a Senior Project Manager. In this role, Alexis led the project delivery process, including scope deliverables, project schedules, workplans, and assigning tasks. Alexis also managed client and contractor relationships, as well as the production of high-quality deliverables.

Prior to joining Streetsense, Alexis was an Architectural Designer at Louviere, Stratton from June 2009 to July 2011. In this role, Alexis participated in the development of programming and design for research facilities and office spaces from initial design through construction documents. Additionally, Alexis assisted university administrations in the execution of grant proposals for renovated facilities by identifying where more efficient laboratory spaces could be integrated.

Before their time at Louviere, Stratton, Alexis worked as a Staff Architect at Streetsense from July 2007 to January 2009. And before that, as a Junior Architect at Rosenberg Architecture + Interiors from June 2005 to July 2007.

Alexis Teltser has a Masters in Business of Art & Design from the Maryland Institute College of Art and a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Washington University in St. Louis. Alexis is also certified in LEED AP and NCIDQ.

They are on a team with Herb Heiserman - Managing Principal, Kurt Haglund - Chief Operating Officer, and Jeff Pollak - Managing Principal & VP. Alexis Teltser reports to Brian Taff, CEO.
