With over 20 years’ HR experience under our belts, we really do know our stuff. Hell-bent on blowing HR’s politically correct, ‘jobsworth’ stereotype out the water, we talk plainly, think commercially and act shrewdly with one end in mind: your business’s survival. So forget corporate mumbo-jumbo and starchy shirt collars; we roll our sleeves up, dig in and get it sorted. With valuable inside knowledge of employment law and experience in getting businesses out of the stickiest situations, we’ll ensure you duck and dive the red tape and come out on top. We’ll even step in and do the job ourselves if you find employee related situations uncomfortable. When it comes to our clients, there’s no one size fits all… We immerse ourselves in the nitty-gritty of your business to ensure our advice is razor-sharp and tailored to your needs. With a number of different services to choose from, we can support you ‘invisibly’ or by your side; the decision is yours. Whether you call for an emergency chat or bring us in-house for hands-on HR help, we nip problems in the bud before they grow into business-wrecking nightmares.
