Jess Greene

Jess Greene has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jess began their career as an Associate Director at Fitch Ratings, where they worked in structured finance. Following this, they joined BNP Paribas as a Director, specializing in fixed income and securitization. Jess then transitioned to Center Services, Inc. as the VP of Development before joining Academy of Art University as a Master of Architecture. Jess further honed their architectural design skills at Opus Magna Studio, LLP, where they worked as an Architectural Designer. Currently, Jess holds the position of Chief Content Officer at Streetworks Development, where they previously served as Senior Vice President and Partner + Senior Design Manager. In their various roles at Streetworks Development, Jess has overseen all aspects of design, from urban planning to strategy. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in real estate development, design management, and architectural design.
