Kirsty Canning

Kirsty Canning is an experienced operations professional currently serving as Operations Manager at Streeva since May 2024. Previously, Kirsty worked as Consultant Chief of Staff at Hero Labs (now Watergate AI), a B2B/B2C tech start-up, from July 2023 to March 2024. Prior to that, Kirsty held multiple leadership roles at Locket from January 2021 to March 2024, culminating as Chief Operations and People Officer, where responsibilities included operations management, HR strategy development, and customer retention. Kirsty's career also includes roles as Founder's Associate and Executive Assistant to the CEO, showcasing expertise in communication and operational efficiency. Freelance work spanned various sectors, including events and HR, and earlier experience includes positions at Kimbolton School in both event coordination and teaching. Kirsty is currently pursuing a Level 7 CIPD qualification in People Management and Human Resources Development.
