Kaiza Molina

Kaiza Molina is the Co-founder & COO of StretchDollar, a company that helps employers provide pre-tax cash for health insurance premiums. Previously, she held positions such as Director of Technical Marketing, Marketing Lead, and Lifecycle Lead at Decent. She also worked at Gusto in Customer Marketing and Lifecycle Marketing roles. Kaiza has experience as a Risk Management Assistant at Chapman University and in various other roles such as Accounts Receivable Assistant at Hint Inc., Office Manager at Earnest Inc., and Marketing Coordinator at British Motor Car Distributors. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Chapman University.
