Nancy Brodsky

As Vice President of Human Resources & Administration, Nancy leads the strategic direction and implementation of key employee initiatives critical to Stretto’s growth, success and sustainability. In this vital role, she leverages over 25 years of substantive human resource experience across multiple disciplines including organization development, talent acquisition/management, and culture cultivation. Nancy is responsible for a wide variety of human resource and administrative-service functions such as compensation, benefits, corporate philanthropy and employee relations, as well as real estate and facilities management for the company’s domestic locations. Prior to joining Stretto, Nancy held senior-management positions with TCL Communications, Flatirons Solutions, and Novak Electronics. She has a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification issued by HRCI.
