Tom Tillett

Tom Tillett is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical writing, project management, and quality assurance, currently serving at Stretto since May 2013. Initially beginning as a Technical Support Specialist, Tom excelled in quality control and coding legal forms for bankruptcy software, later transitioning to a Technical Writer role where responsibilities include maintaining help documentation and developing user manuals. Prior to Stretto, Tom contributed as an intern at the Ragdale Foundation, where work focused on document retention and organization, and held a managerial position at APTE, inc, overseeing office operations and customer relations. Tom holds a Bachelor's degree in History from DePaul University, earned in 2012.
