Allison Wallace has extensive experience in human resources and people management, currently serving as the National Manager of People and Culture at Stride Mental Health since May 2021, after a role as the People and Culture Business Partner for Queensland. Prior to this, Allison worked as a Senior Workplace Relations Consultant at Industry Legal Group Pty Ltd from October 2020 to May 2021. Allison's earlier career includes serving as the Human Resources and WHS Manager at Apunipima Cape York Health Council from 2011 to June 2020, the Human Resources & Training Manager at Pioneer North Queensland from 2007 to 2010, and the Human Resources Manager at Horwath North Queensland from 2003 to 2006.
