Jennifer Britt, LPC, CACII, is an experienced behavioral health provider currently working at STRIDE Community Health Center since July 2023. With a substantial background at Third Way Center since April 2005, Jennifer has held various roles including Treatment Team Leader, Lead Therapist, Treatment Leader, and Therapist, managing a caseload of six clients and providing therapy to a diverse group of 23 clients. Jennifer also served as a Course Instructor for a one-week intensive program on Adolescent Counseling at Realis University in June 2005. Prior experience includes working as a Mental Health Counselor at Devereux, where supervision and treatment plan implementation for youth in a residential setting were key responsibilities. Jennifer holds an M.A. in Counseling from Denver Seminary and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, with additional studies in Counseling Psychology at Harlaxton College.

STRIDE Community Health Center, formerly known as Metro Community Provider Network (MCPN), is a 501(c)(3) Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) with a 30-year history of providing primary care and other health-related services in a community-based setting. Established in 1989 in response to the primary health care needs of the medically indigent population in suburban Denver, STRIDE now has one of the largest population base of any FQHC in Colorado. STRIDE addresses the need for affordable and accessible medical, behavioral health, and dental care among low-income, uninsured, and underserved populations residing outside the city and county of Denver. STRIDE’s current service area encompasses Adams, Arapahoe, Douglas, Jefferson, and Park counties and the Cities of Aurora, Arvada, Edgewater, Englewood, Lakewood, Littleton, Parker, and Wheat Ridge in the state of Colorado. From a single clinic in 1989, STRIDE has grown into a large, integrated health care delivery system with nearly 20 health center locations providing primary medical care, dental care, behavioral health, and wrap around services, including three School Based Health Centers (SBHCs) and a mobile dental van.
