Kristina Nanini

Kristina Nanini currently serves as the Executive Director at Stride, Inc., a position held since June 2022. Prior to this role, Kristina was the Middle Schools Managing Director at Uplift Education from July 2011 to June 2022, where responsibilities included managing the selection and performance of direct reports, as well as designing strategic and communication plans to enhance student achievement and engagement. Kristina’s earlier experience includes positions as Middle School Principal, Academic Dean, Instructional Coach, and 6th/7th Grade Mathematics Teacher. Kristina began a career in education at the Mesquite Independent School District as a 5th Grade Self-contained Bilingual Teacher and previously taught 6th Grade Mathematics at Mabank Independent School District. Kristina holds a Master of Education in Urban School Leadership from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education with minors in Spanish and Mathematics from Wheaton College.
