Neal Kemp is an accomplished technology leader and entrepreneur with extensive experience in software development and engineering management. Currently serving as the CEO and Co-founder of Strider since January 2022, Neal has focused on facilitating the hiring of top remote software developers from Latin America. Prior to this, Neal held significant roles such as VP of Engineering at Capitol Canary, where advocacy tools for public policy were developed, and Co-founder & CTO at GovPredict, which was successfully acquired by Capitol Canary. Neal's early career included positions at Gusto, Women.com, and various freelance opportunities, showcasing a diverse skill set in software engineering and team leadership. Neal's education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Claremont McKenna College and participation in the Y Combinator startup accelerator.
