Leslie Gold is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in healthcare management and data analytics. As the Founder and Executive Director of Strides in Recovery since January 2018, Leslie Gold has dedicated efforts to support individuals overcoming addiction through innovative running and walking programs. Previously, as Director at iVantage Health Analytics, part of The Chartis Group, Leslie Gold led a data team responsible for large data set management and the development of data products. The role as Vice President of Professional Data Services at the Hospital Association of Southern California involved significant growth of a revenue benchmarking service. Additionally, Leslie Gold's consultancy work encompassed various high-profile hospitals, implementing risk management and decision support systems. Educational qualifications include an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BA from the University of Virginia.
