Debra Elayne Williams Cfe

Debra Elayne Williams, CFE, CGAP, currently holds the position of Director at CAMH since May 2024 and serves as the Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Strides Toronto since September 2021. In the role at Strides Toronto, Debra is responsible for aligning the organization's culture and operations with anti-oppressive and anti-racist practices, and developing a comprehensive EDI strategy and work plan. Debra holds a Master of Arts in Energy and Mineral Resources from the University of Texas, obtained between 1989 and 1994, and a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Texas A&M University, completed from 1983 to 1987. Ongoing education is also pursued for professional development.
