Abigail Wills has worked in a variety of roles since 2009. In 2009, they were a CV and Recruitment Services employee at First Advantage, where their key responsibility was to ensure that medical and financial companies employ appropriately qualified and experienced people. In 2010, they were a Telesales and Customer Service employee at Spicerhaart. From 2011 to 2014, they held the role of Legal Helpdesk Support Co-Ordinator at Spicerhaart, where their role required advanced problem solving to ensure that the conveyancing process runs smoothly. Finally, since 2017, they have been a Sales Progression Manager at Strike.

Abigail Wills attended Colne College from 2003 to 2005, where they earned their AS and A Level in Travel and Tourism, Geography and Sociology. Abigail then went on to Bournemouth University, where they graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Tourism Management in 2009.
