Josh Bullers

Josh Bullers is an Engineering Manager and Senior AI Engineer at Strike Graph, a security compliance company. Josh has been with the company for 1 year and 6 months, and in that time, has led the Services Engineering team and functioned as a senior software engineer. Josh has been responsible for leading the engineering on several microservice build outs that batch process data for behind the product automation, as well as leading the implementation and maintenance of Strike Graph's NLP feature that processes security questionnaires. Josh also creates and maintains infra that pertains to microservices using Terraform.

Before joining Strike Graph, Josh was a Data Scientist at Textio for 1 year and 11 months. Prior to that, they were with Koru, Inc for 4 years and 2 months, where they were a Data Scientist/ Machine Learning Engineer and Admissions & Operations Associate. At Koru, they were responsible for building backend systems in Python and R to process applicants and uncover information as well as provide probabilities of overlap with existing top employees. Josh also led several R&D projects where the team researched new areas that AI could benefit our offering to clients.

Josh has helped lead a data migration into a new Salesforce architecture, that they defined and built. Josh has helped implement and train for a revised interview system, that we use for our program admission interviews. Josh has also worked closely with teams across the org to implement requested features and automation that makes day to day work easier.

Josh Bullers has a Master of Science from Elmhurst College in Data Science and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Idaho State University in Finance and Management. Josh also has R Programming Coursera Course Certificates.
