Head of Operations at Strike Social

Franchette Brucelas has over 15 years of experience in the advertising and digital marketing industries. Franchette began their career in 2005 as a Sales Support Representative and Team Leader at ePLDT Ventus. In 2010, they became a Google Adwords Account Strategist at VXI Global Solutions, Inc. and then in 2011, they held the position of Search Engine Marketing Specialist at Acquire Asia Pacific. In the same year, they also held the position of Sr. Platforms Manager at Omnicom Media Group. From 2014 to 2016, Franchette was the Senior Programmatic Trading Manager at Accuen Media. Finally, from 2016 to present, they have been the Head of Operations and Director of Advertising Operations at Strike Social. In these roles, they have been responsible for the efficient advertising operations across APAC, EMEA and NORAM regions, instrumental to Strike Social's YoY revenue growth, and responsible for the recruitment, performance review and training of the implementation and enablement teams across regions. Additionally, they have also been responsible for ensuring full support to Client Management Team in providing excellent service and cost efficient pricing, participating in client pitches and presentations across APAC, and ensuring the buying team meets/over achieve the guaranteed performance to Strike’s clients.

Franchette Brucelas has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Colegio San Agustin, which they earned from 2000 to 2005. Before that, they obtained a Vocational degree in Computer Programming from Systems Technology Institute from 1993 to 1995. Franchette also has several certifications, including DoubleClick Ad Exchange from DoubleClick, obtained in March 2015, DoubleClick Bid Manager from DoubleClick, obtained in February 2015, DS3 Certified from Google, obtained in April 2014, DCM Certified from Google, obtained in March 2014, DFA Certified from Google, obtained in March 2014, Marin Enterprise Certified Specialist from Marin Software, obtained in March 2012, and Google Adwords Certified Individual from Google, obtained in December 2013.
