Justen Charters

Justen Charters is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic advisory, open-source intelligence (OSINT), and analysis. Currently serving as a Special Advisor at Riley Risk Inc. since August 2023, Justen provides strategic support and expertise in due diligence and investigations. As the Founder and CEO of Unchartered LLC, Justen focuses on OSINT training and services. Co-founding Strike Source, Justen collaborates with a team of experts from various intelligence and defense backgrounds. Previous roles include Senior Open Source Analyst at Echo Analytics Group and research analyst for Black Rifle Coffee's Fireside Journal, where Justen contributed to significant content on national security. Justen's career also encompasses freelance writing and editing, as well as positions at Independent Journal Review and The Independent, where impactful reporting on terrorism and national security was produced. Justen holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Ashford University.
