Hakim Wiggins

Hakim Wiggins is a seasoned technical specialist with a robust background in technology support and education. Currently serving as a Technical Specialist at String Theory Schools since September 2021, Hakim previously held the role of IS&T Analyst at Apple from June 2017 to September 2021, providing technical support and troubleshooting for Apple employees. Prior experience includes serving as a Technical Expert and Technical Specialist, where Hakim focused on technology assessment and customer recommendations. As a Core Member of City Year from August 2016 to June 2017, Hakim dedicated a year to supporting a low-income public school, concentrating on improving student attendance and academic performance. Educationally, Hakim holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Ursinus College and a Master of Engineering in Computer Science from Temple University.
