Fei Xiong

Fei Xiong is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving at Stripe since June 2025, Fei supports software engineering and TechOps teams in developing a world-class payment platform. Previously, as Engineering Manager at Meta from January 2024 to May 2025, Fei managed a team overseeing a vast storage fleet, focusing on automated capacity management to enhance reliability and efficiency. At Qualtrics, from October 2018 to January 2024, Fei led efforts to schematize data into a semantic knowledge graph, enhancing business insights. Fei also held senior software engineering roles at Twitter, where contributions included a patented traffic mapping service, and Microsoft, focusing on the digital inking platform for Windows 10. Fei holds a PhD in Computer Science from Dartmouth College and an MEng in Computer Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
