Ilya Glinchenko is a seasoned product attorney currently serving as the Head of Legal at Privy and as Product Counsel & Team Lead for Crypto and Money Movement Legal at Stripe. They previously held roles as a Law Clerk for the Hon. Colleen Kollar-Kotelly at the U.S. District Court, as an Associate at Shearman & Sterling LLP and Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, and as Regulatory Affairs Counsel at Mastercard, where they provided global regulatory support. Ilya earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Columbia Law School and is pursuing a B.A. in Philosophy at New York University Gallatin School of Individualized Study.
