Judy Savitskaya

Judy Savitskaya currently serves as Deal Lead for Frontier Carbon Removal at Stripe since July 2023. Prior to this role, Judy co-founded a stealth startup and held the position of Chief Product Officer from May 2022 to July 2023. From March 2019 to May 2022, Judy worked as an Investment Partner at Andreessen Horowitz, focusing on supporting founders in the biotech and industrial bio sectors. Judy's earlier experience includes consulting in life sciences from September 2016 to February 2019 and completing a PhD in Bioengineering through the joint program between UC Berkeley and UCSF from July 2013 to February 2019. Additionally, Judy interned at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation in summer 2018. Educational credentials include a B.S. in Computational Biology and Neural Computation from Carnegie Mellon University, an MPhil in Plant Sciences from the University of Cambridge, and Ph.D. degrees in Bioengineering from UC Berkeley and UCSF.
