Mala Soulatha

Mala Soulatha currently serves as the Americas Compliance Program Manager at Stripe, a role commenced in September 2023. Prior to this position, Mala held the title of Program Manager at Affirm, Inc. from December 2017 to February 2023. Earlier experience includes a role as Managing Consultant in the Banking, Insurance, and Capital Markets practice at Navigant Consulting from January 2012 to November 2017, where expertise in risk management, regulatory compliance, and operational effectiveness was provided to major banks and financial institutions. Mala possesses extensive knowledge in banking, with experience in mortgage, bankruptcy, collections, and credit reporting. Mala earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Business Law from Boston University between 2007 and 2011.
