Róisín Daly

Róisín Daly serves as the Head of People Solutions at Stripe since March 2022, focusing on Tech Solutions and Employee Experience. Prior experiences include Board Member and Chair of the Audit Committee for MACLA from August 2019 to July 2022, and roles at Google from March 2020 to March 2022 in Corporate Development Integration, where responsibilities included Employee Experience, PR, and Internal Communications for M&A. At PayPal, Róisín held multiple leadership positions, including HR Product Management Leader, Senior Leader of Global Rewards Programs, and Global Compensation Program Manager, overseeing HR systems and compensation strategies for a large workforce. Additionally, experience includes a role as Skills Trainer at Statestreet International Ireland Ltd from March 2006 to July 2009. Róisín holds a Change Management Certificate from the American Management Association and a PMP Certification from the Project Management Institute.
