Rowan McDonald

Rowan McDonald is an accomplished software engineer with a diverse background in engineering and management across multiple companies. At Stripe, Rowan currently serves as a Senior Software Engineer. Previously, Rowan held the position of Engineering Manager at a stealth startup and progressed through various roles at Betterment, including Staff Engineer, Lead Software Engineer, and Software Engineer III. Rowan began the career as a Junior Software Engineer at Slice and also contributed as a Programmer at WKCR-FM. Rowan completed education at Columbia University from 2015 to 2019 and attended Phillips Exeter Academy from 2011 to 2015.
