Sheila Hermanowski

Sheila H. is an experienced HR leader with a robust background in organizational strategy and transformation. Currently serving as an HR Leader at Stripe since April 2024, Sheila previously held key HR roles at Google from October 2016 to March 2024, where responsibilities included leading HR for Google Cloud and driving organizational efficiency in Cloud Marketing. Sheila's earlier career at Citi spanned nearly a decade, during which positions included Head of Productivity for the Asia Pacific, Europe, and Middle East Contact Center, and various HR business partner and compensation roles. Sheila holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Spanish from Loyola University Maryland.
