Tamryn Roberts

Tamryn Roberts has worked in various roles in the past decade. Tamryn began their career in 2010 as an Intern at Urban-Econ. In 2012, they were a Fellow in Residence at the Allan Gray Orbis Foundation and an International Intern at Realityworks. Tamryn then joined Edit Microsystems (Pty) Ltd in 2013 as a Strategic Consultant and Product Manager. In 2016, they became Co-Founder and Director at Parktown Clothing. From 2017 to 2020, they held roles as Internal Business Consultant at Unlimited Townhouses, Product Manager and Growth & Strategy Manager/Analyst at Prodigy Finance, and Activator at Open to Feedback. In 2022, they began their current role as Head of Operations at Strive Math (YC S21).

Tamryn Roberts completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the Graduate School of Business at the University of Cape Town between 2016 and 2017. Prior to this, they obtained a Bcom Honours in Economics from Rhodes University in 2011 and a Bcom in Drama and Economics from Rhodes University between 2008 and 2010. In addition, they obtained a Udemy Pre-Programming: Everything you need to know before you code certification from Udemy in April 2022 and a TextHelp Certified Trainer (Literacy, Accessibility & Dyslexia Software) certification from Texthelp Ltd. in July 2014.
