Andrea Baker

Andrea Baker has extensive experience in the healthcare field. Andrea currently works at Strive Health as a Regional Clinical Director, overseeing clinical operations in a specific region. Prior to this role, they held the position of Senior Clinical Manager of Operations at Strive Health. Andrea also has experience as a Lead RN Case Manager at the same company.

Before joining Strive Health, Andrea worked at Evolent Health. Andrea served as a Nurse Manager of Clinical Operations and as an RN Care Advisor, providing guidance and support to patients.

Early in their career, Andrea worked at Norton Children's Hospital. Andrea held the role of Renal Nurse Clinician/Living Donor Advocate, where they developed and implemented policies to ensure compliance with guidelines. Andrea also provided education and support to both staff and patient families. Andrea also worked as a Registered Nurse in various critical care units at the hospital, where they provided comprehensive care to pediatric patients.

Andrea Baker obtained a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Bellarmine University. Andrea also has additional certifications, including being a Certified Pediatric Nurse (CPN) obtained from the American Nurses Credentialing Center in November 2004, CPR & AED from the American Heart Association in October 2020, Certified Case Manager obtained from the American Nurses Credentialing Center in April 2018, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) (instructor) obtained from the American Heart Association in January 2021.
