Karen Lamach

Karen Lamach, OD, serves as the Regional Clinical Director at National Vision Inc. since January 2019, where leadership and clinical oversight are provided to over 150 optometrists across more than 130 locations in six states, ensuring high-quality care. Prior roles at National Vision included Area Doctor, advocating for uniform, high-quality primary eye care and collaborating with peers for clinical improvement. Previous experience includes working as an Optometrist at North Carolina Primary Vision Care Associates, Negrey Eye Associates, and Jeffrey I Katzman, MD & Associates, managing diverse patient populations and leading clinical initiatives. Karen's educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology and Pre-professional Studies from the University of Notre Dame and a Doctorate in Optometry from Salus University.
