Arhama Rushdi

Arhama Rushdi, JD, currently serves as the Senior Director of Risk Adjustment at Strive Health, a position held since November 2022. In addition to this role, Rushdi has been a Board Member and President at Mediscore since August 2015, focusing on improving healthcare quality and reducing medical errors through evidence-based practices. Rushdi co-founded Sidecar Health and acted as Director of Risk Adjustment from March 2021 to September 2022. Earlier experience includes serving as a Legal Extern with UN Women and a Legal Summer Associate at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law (JD) in International Human Rights from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Political Science and Legal Studies from Drexel University.
