Blair Smith

Blair Smith has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Currently, Blair works at Strive Health as the Director of Product, after previously holding roles as Lead Product Manager, Senior Product Manager, and Product Manager at the same company. Prior to joining Strive Health, Blair worked as a Product Manager, Network Growth at Element3 Health in 2020. Blair also had experience at Optum as a Manager, Clinical Performance from 2018 to 2020. Earlier in Blair's career, they worked at DaVita Medical Group as a Senior Analyst, Portfolio Management from 2017 to 2018, and at Public Consulting Group as a Consultant and Business Analyst from 2013 to 2017. Blair started their career as a Budget Analyst at the Commonwealth of Massachusetts from 2011 to 2013.

Blair Smith holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from Colby College. In addition, Blair has obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) certification from Scrum Alliance in December 2022.
