Jayme B. has a diverse range of work experience in accounting and finance roles. They currently hold the position of Sr. Director, Accounting & Controller at Strive Health, where they began in May of 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Accounting at Strive Health from October 2021 to April 2022. Before joining Strive Health, Jayme worked at AVL Growth Partners as a Director/Controller from April 2021 to September 2021, providing financial expertise to small and medium-sized enterprises in various industries. They also held various roles at the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee from 2010 to 2020, including Director, Development Accounting, and Senior Accounting Analyst. Earlier in their career, Jayme worked at Guitar Center as a Senior Treasury Analyst and at Amgen as a Senior Treasury Analyst and Accounting Analyst.

Jayme B. holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from California Lutheran University. Additionally, Jayme B. has obtained a certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the California Board of Accountancy in 1994.
