Kevin McAdams

Kevin McAdams serves as the Senior Vice President of Market Development - Provider Integration at Strive Health since March 2022. Previously, in a role as Vice President at Humana, Kevin expanded Conviva from a single payor provider to a payor agnostic organization, successfully contracting with five large Medicare Advantage plans and increasing membership attribution by 25,000. Kevin held the position of Senior Vice President of Business Development at Transcend, overseeing the strategy and performance of 1,400 IPA partnerships across multiple markets. As Market Vice President at MetCare, Kevin led operations for a primary care group and managed a network serving 32,000 attributed lives. Earlier career experiences include Regional Director at Walgreen Health, where Kevin integrated the sale of Interactive Cardio-Pulmonary into Walgreen DME, and Co-Founder and President of Interactive Cardio-Pulmonary, a DME company focusing on capitated contracts. Kevin holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida and an Associate's degree in Civil Engineering from Indian River State College.
