Lindsay Knapp

Lindsay Knapp, MHA, has a strong background in healthcare management. Lindsay currently serves as the Senior Director of Strive Care Partners at Strive Health, where they introduced a new global-risk Value Based Care business and built a roadmap for launching full-risk primary care functionality. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of the Proton Therapy Center at Seattle Cancer Care Alliance, overseeing the integration of the center and managing a team of staff and contractors. Lindsay also had a significant role at Seattle Proton Center, LLC, where they served as the Vice President of Operations & Strategy, Associate Administrator, and Chief of Staff, leading various aspects of the center's operations and securing an acquisition deal. Lindsay also held positions at Premera Blue Cross, where they worked as a Healthcare Implementation Manager and Patient and Provider Experience Consultant, and at Paladina Health, where they completed an internship focused on strategic priorities and clinic process improvement.

Lindsay Knapp, MHA has a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Washington. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Leadership with a Minor in Business Administration from the University of Washington Tacoma. In 2015, they obtained certifications in Improvement Capability, Patient Safety, Leadership, Person and Family Centered Care, Triple Aim for Populations, and Quality Cost and Value from the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI).
