Tom Hawkes

Tom Hawkes is an accomplished technology executive with a focus on improving patient outcomes and advancing value-based care. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Strive Health since July 2025, Tom leverages technology to enhance healthcare efficiency. Previously, as Chief Executive Officer at ValueCycle Health from May 2024 to July 2025, Tom specialized in maximizing risk-based reimbursements for value-based care contracts. Additionally, Tom serves as a Strategic Advisor for Neurologx, an AI-driven platform that enhances patient engagement and outcomes. From January 2017 to January 2024, Tom held multiple leadership roles at CVS Health, including Vice President of Product Management and key positions during the acquisitions of Caravan Health and Signify Health. Tom's experience also includes a board membership at the Hawaii Health Information Exchange from January 2016 to January 2017. Educational credentials include a BA in Physical Science with a focus on Computer Science and Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and a MS in Environmental Management from the University of San Francisco.
