Prayrana Sharma

Prayrana Sharma has extensive experience in HR and talent management. Prayrana started their career as an Assistant Manager at Kenexa, where they independently handled multiple projects. Prayrana then joined Tech Mahindra as a Sr. Manager and worked there for eight years. During their time at Tech Mahindra, they gained experience in the Information, Communications & Technology (ICT) industry and served various Fortune 500 companies. Prayrana also worked at Strivector Corp as the HR Director and Client Champion, where they led HR activities, handled business development, and built positive relationships with clients. Prayrana later joined AMD as a Sr. HR Business Partner, supporting the Sales and Marketing organization. Currently, they are the Director and Client Champion at Strivector, where they lead HR activities, identifies new business opportunities, and ensures outstanding service and customer satisfaction.

Prayrana Sharma completed their Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from Osmania University, with a duration from 1992 to 1995. Prayrana later pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance from the Canadian School of Management, which they completed from 1995 to 1997.
