Will Zane is the current Director of Customer Success at Striven. Prior to Striven, Will was an Assistant Project Manager at WACHTER, Inc. from October 2013 to June 2014. In their role at WACHTER, Will was responsible for managing the initiation, planning, execution, controlling, and closing phases of various projects in accordance with PMI methodologies and standards. This included developing and executing project plans, managing risks and issues, overseeing change control, and ensuring quality control. Will was also responsible for conducting internal and external project status meetings, as well as identifying important milestones and reporting formats.
Before their role at WACHTER, Will was employed at Miles Technologies from 2011-2013. During their time at Miles Technologies, Will held various positions including Customer Service Representative and Account Manager. In these roles, Will was responsible for providing excellent customer service and support, managing customer accounts, and resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Will has a proven track record of success in customer-facing roles. Will is an excellent communicator with strong problem solving skills. Will is a motivated individual who is always looking for ways to improve process and increase efficiency.
Will Zane has a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Rowan University, a CNA from Rowan College at Gloucester County, and a Bachelor of Arts in Education and a Bachelor's degree in Education from Rowan University.
