Brent Dornier, CFA has over 20 years of work experience. Brent started their career in 1999 as a Trading Analyst at Enron. In 2002, they began working as a Programmer/Analyst - Financial Gas Desk at Reliant Energy and as a Manager - Financial Engineering Technology at Citadel Investment Group. From 2006 to 2007, they were a Consulting Specialist - Energy and Utilities at IBM. From 2007 to 2012, they were the Director of Market Risk at Saracen Energy, where they provided a number of risk management functions. From 2012 to 2018, they were the Manager of Market Risk Analysis at Calpine. From 2018 to 2020, they were the Senior Engineer and Market Risk Manager at ShapeShift. Most recently, they have been the Vice President of Trading and Senior Quantitative Trader and Engineer at Strix Leviathan since 2021.

Brent Dornier, CFA obtained their Chartered Financial Analyst\u00ae (CFA) Charterholder certification from the CFA Institute in September 2009. Brent received their B.S.E. in Computer Engineering from Tulane University in 1999 and their Master's Degree in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2020.
