Winnie Lau is a co-founder and partner at Strobe Ventures, a firm that spun out of BlockTower in January 2025. Prior to this role, Winnie served as a principal at BlockTower Capital from March 2022 to January 2025, contributing to a $150 million venture capital fund. Additional experience includes a position as vice president at M13 in 2021 and as an investor at BBG Ventures in 2020. Earlier career experience includes working as a strategy consultant at Monitor Deloitte from 2016 to 2019. Winnie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA from Columbia Business School, along with an International Baccalaureate Diploma from the American International School of Guangzhou.
