Marc Schmitz is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in digital media and publishing. Since May 2016, Marc has served as Group CEO of Ströer Content Group GmbH, while simultaneously holding the position of CEO at Ströer Digital Publishing GmbH and Ströer News Publishing GmbH since September and October 2016, respectively. In September 2017, Marc became CEO of Ströer Next Publishing GmbH and has been the Managing Director of Ströer Media Brands GmbH since May 2018. Prior to these roles, Marc was the Managing Director International at auFeminin.com and Managing Director at gofeminin.de GmbH from July 2008 to April 2016, and served as Director Health Markets at OnVista Media GmbH from September 2005 to June 2008. Marc Schmitz holds a degree from RWTH Aachen University.
