Currently serving as Shop Supervisor and Project Manager at Strohwig Industries since January 2022, Allen previously worked as a Tooling Engineer at Nemak and spent nearly three decades at Roller Racing as a Personal Watercraft Mechanic, specializing in Yamaha watercraft engines and components. Allen's foundational experience includes years as a Motorcycle Mechanic and toolmaking positions, demonstrating a deep understanding of machinery and a commitment to quality and efficiency throughout different roles. Formal education includes a high school diploma in General Studies from Port Washington High School, earned in 1988.
